None of those ingredients is low carb but as you can see in our recipe above we make ours a little differently so that it is perfect for your Keto diet.

Try this low carb canned chili when your in a hurry or just one person – it’s pretty good. Ground beef – I use 80/20 but you can use whatever you like. You could also go with leftover slow cooked pork or leftover spicy lamb. You can use a bit of tomato paste, tomato sauce, beef broth or chicken bullion if you don’t have tomato bullion.

Eventually, cooks added beans and tomatoes to the dish, although some people are purists and insist that beans do not belong in real chili con carne. You can use many different cuts of beef that can be cubed for chili, but we're partial to these.
