1. Put a large pot of salted water on high heat. Bring the pot to a boil then add the tortellini and cook according to the package directions – usually 6-8 minutes. Drain the water and set it aside.
2. While the water is heating, make the sauce. Melt the butter in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until the onion is transparent, about 3 minutes. Add the chicken stock, heavy cream, and cream cheese and bring to a simmer. Stir until the cream cheese has melted into the sauce.
3. Add the shrimp to the pan and let it cook for 2 minutes. Add the spinach and cook until it wilts, about 1 minute Add the cooked tortellini, lemon zest, and lemon juice and season to taste with salt and pepper.

3. Toss the cooked tortellini with the marinara sauce and then place in the skillet. Top with the shrimp and then sprinkle with parmesan cheese and then the mozzarella cheese.
4. Broil until the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
