2. Whisk in the flour and cook for 1 minute.
3. Add the potatoes, 3-4 cups of milk. (I just add the milk until it covers the potatoes, I don't really measure.)
4. In a measuring cup add 2 cups of milk, dissolve the bouillon cubes or granules by heating the milk in the microwave for 1-2 minutes. Stir to blend.
