September 24, 2017 at 6:51 pm Hi Christine. I would cook at 400 for 8-10 minutes a side. I think they did not hold together because of the corn. I bet the corn kernels kept falling out of the fritters. This recipe doesn’t make a batter like those made with flour, so just using the zucchini is important for it to hold together.
