2. BATTER: Blend eggs with honey, add flour, salt and baking powder. The consistency of the batter should be similar to sour cream. Pour the batter over the apple chunks.
3. BAKING: Bake for about 40-45 minutes. To check whether it's ready, insert a wooden toothpick in the middle of the pie. If it comes out mostly dry, your sharlotka is ready! Turn off the oven and let it finish baking and cool in the oven for about 30 minutes. Enjoy!
