4. Pan Seared: Heat a cast iron skillet or heavy bottom pan over medium high heat. Add the fish, skin side down, and cook for about 3-4 minutes until the fish is almost cooked through. Flip and cook for 1-2 minutes until fish is cooked to your liking.
