Pressure cook dal: For that take ¾ cup soaked sabut green moong in a pressure cooker. Add in salt to taste and ¼ tsp turmeric powder. Cook on high flame till first whistle. Thereafter cook on medium flame for 15-20 minutes. Let the pressure release. Open and check the dal. It should be soft and properly cooked.
