Sprinkle about a half teaspoon of the cinnamon sugar mix over the cupcake batter.Step7Bake in the preheated oven for 14-16 minutes or until the edges are slightly browned and the center is set. Allow to cool completely before decorating.Step8For the frosting - in the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the softened butter, vanilla, salt, Rumchata and about half of the powdered sugar. Mix on low until combined.Step9Add in the remaining powdered sugar and continue to mix on low until combined.
