Making Green Dragon tincture is very easy and requires nothing more than some cannabis, a canning jar such as a Mason jar, and some pure grain alcohol. Fill your glass jar about 3/4 of the way full with cannabis. You can pack it down but don’t overpack it. Then fill the jar with Everclear until it completely covers the cannabis material.

Combine the cannabis and alcohol in the jar and close it. Place the jar in a pot of hot water and simmer for 20 minutes, not letting the temperature exceed 170F. The water should come halfway up the jar. Remove the jar from the water and allow it to cool. Strain the mix with a cheesecloth and pour the tincture into the storage container.
