3. Stir in rhubarb and nuts. Transfer to 2 well-greased 8x4-in. loaf pans. , Bake at 350° until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 45 minutes.
4. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks.
