DirectionsStep1Preheat oven to 350*. Place 2 Tablespoons of flour into the Reynolds Oven Bag, shake around. (This helps prevent the bag from bursting - so it's an important step.)Step2In a small bowl mix together the salt, paprika, onion powder, dried thyme, chili powder, and pepper. Cover the outside of the chicken and under the skin with the spices.Step3Place the chicken in the bag. Then add the carrots, potatoes, garlic, and onions. Seal bag and place in a large baking dish that is at least 2 inches thick.Step4Cut six 1/2 slits in the top of the bag so the steam can escape. Make sure there is enough room in the oven to allow the bag to expand without touching any parts of the oven.Step5If you are baking chicken thighs bake about 45-50 minutes (180*). If you are baking chicken breasts (170*) it will take about 55- 60 minutes.Step6To serve, just cut open the top of the bag and enjoy it. Just be careful as the steam escapesIngredientsIngredients3 poundsChicken Thighs (or bone-in chicken breasts)1 ½ teaspoonsSalt1 teaspoonPaprika1 teaspoonOnion Powder½ teaspoonDried Thyme½ teaspoonChili Powder½ teaspoonBlack Pepper3 Whole Garlic Cloves (died)1 White Onion (quartered)4 Potatoes (quartered)1 16-ounce bagCarrots2 tablespoonsFlour1 Reynolds Oven BagSee moreFrom savingyoudinero.comRecipeDirectionsIngredientsExplore furtherReynolds Oven Bags Chicken - Recipes - Cooks.comcooks.comQuick and Easy Baked Chicken in a Bag Recipe - Food.comfood.comRoast Chicken with Vegetables Recipe: How to Make It - …tasteofhome.comOven Bag Chicken Breast - Recipes - Cooks.comcooks.comReynolds Cooking Bag Times rickandkathy.comrickandkathy.comRecommended to you based on what's popular • Feedback

    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
    2. Place the boneless chicken breasts in a foil-lined baking dish. Sprinkle herbs, salt and pepper generously over the top of the breasts and roast until cooked through and tender, approximately 20-25 minutes.
    3. While the chicken roasts, in a saucepan with a lid, melt butter over medium high heat then add carrots, onion and celery and sauté until tender – approximately 5 minutes. Add rice and sauté for two more minutes stirring often. Add bay leaf, pour in chicken stock and bring to a boil. Cover with lid and reduce heat to a simmer, cooking rice until tender (approximately 12 minutes.) When rice is tender, add peas and stir. Cover and allow to sit for a few minutes in order for the peas to heat through. Remove and discard bay leaf.
    4. Remove chicken from the oven and place on a cutting board. Pour juices from roasted chicken into the pot of rice and vegetable. Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized chunks, then stir into rice.
