3. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
4. Stir in the broccoli, Knorr Chicken Broccoli Rice Side Dish, and chicken stock. Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce the heat (so that bubbles are still visible, but the heat is low), and cook for 7 minutes.

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

4. Bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted. If you want the mozzarella cheese to be a golden color, pop the casserole under the broiler on high for about 2 minutes or until bubbly and browned.
