1. Make the sauce by putting all ingredients in a small pot and cook over low heat while whisking until thickened, about 4-5 minutes. Once you see the sauce begin to thicken, remove from heat.

4. Once the veggies are cooked, add the sauce and mix until well coated. You can keep some of the sauce to drizzle on top. I like them saucy, but add more or less for your preference.
