1. Start off by preheating the oven to 400 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Line your work-surface with a silicone mat or parchment paper to prevent sticking.
2. Melt the cheeses either over a double boiler or in the microwave in 30 second increments (stirring very well in between).

4. Lightly spray your hands with cooking oil to help prevent sticking. Place the mixture on the prepared work-space then use your hands and fingers to knead into a large dough ball.
