DirectionsStep1Slice peppers in half lengthwise and remove stem and seeds. Place on baking sheet and bake at 400'F for 30 minutes. Rotating pan halfway through baking.Step2Let peppers cool a few minutes. Peel the skin off peppers. The skin should be slightly charred and come off easily. If not, roast them for a few more minutes. It is okay if you don't get all of the skin off!Step3Combine peeled & roasted peppers with remaining ingredients in a food processor. Blend until smooth, about 1 minute. Serve immediately!
