WEBJan 7, 2008 · The recipe is: 9.5lbs German Pils 2-row 1 lb Cara-pils.25 lb Crystal 60L 4 oz of Saaz hops at various points in the boil. 2124 Bohemian Pilsner yeast I've made this for my last 3 batches as it is so good, so I'm thinking the 3rd should be somewhat different. I love the smell of Citra hops, plus it adds a tart flavor to the beer.
