3. With a wooden spoon, stir in the peanut butter until a thick and creamy batter forms; it is ready when no plain peanut butter can be seen and all the ingredients are incorporated.
4. Spread half of the peanut butter cookie dough batter into the bottom of the pan and press it into a single, even layer. Spoon the Nutella over the cookie dough layer. You pay want to spoon the Nutella into a separate bowl and microwave it briefly to soften it.

4. Store tightly covered on the counter for a day or two or freeze for up to a few weeks.
