1. Place the black tea into a bowl with the boiling water. Alternatively, you can place the black tea into a teapot that has a strainer fitted into it.
2. Allow the tea to steep for 5-6 minutes to allow for a perfect infusion.
3. Strain the tea using a fine-mesh strainer. However, if you have a teapot with a mesh strainer, use it to eliminate any tea straining.
4. To each cup, add in ¼ cup of evaporated milk and 2 tsp granulated sweetener. Pour the hot black tea over the evaporated milk mixture, stir and serve piping hot!

2. Steep 3 bags of black tea in 1 cup of hot water for 5 minutes. Mix in 2 tbsp of brown swerve. Combine tea and gelatin in a medium pot over medium high heat. Bring to a boil. Once boiling, remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes. It should be slightly thickened.
3. Remove oil from freezer. Using a large syringe or a dropper, soak up the gelatin tea and drop into the cold oil making little pearls. You don't have to be crazy precise with this because once the tea hits the oi, it will form into a ball itself. Stir pearls occasionally to assure they're not sticking together. Once you have your desired amount of boba pearls, drain the oil over a large bowl using a strainer. Save the oil for another time. Rinse the pearls in cold water until all the oil has been washed off.
4. Steep one tea bag in each cup of hot water for about 5 minutes. Mix in 1 tbsp of brown swerve into each cup of tea. You can add more or less depending on how you like it. Pour 1 tbsp of heavy cream into each cup and stir. At this point I like to cool my tea down to room temperature by dropping in a large ice cube. This will prevent all the ice from melting when you make your bubble tea.

What ingredients do i need to make sugar free chai tea?

These are the ingredients you’ll collect for your very own homemade sugar-free chai tea mix: 1/4 tsp ground cardamom (buy ground here* or grind some yourself) 1 1/4 tsp of ground ginger (order here* or use a 1-inch piece of fresh ginger) 1 tsp of ground cinnamon (but make sure it’s Ceylon* and not Cassia !)

How do you add spices to your tea?

I like to leave the spices in a tea infuser like this one*, to make straining easier. This is especially important if you go for fresh ingredients instead of powder. Bring the mix to a boil and let it simmer at medium heat for about 5 minutes. Now add your teabags and brew it as long as you usually do with your black tea.
