This Keto Marble Bunt cake is so beautiful on its own, that I believe no other toppings or decoration is needed. You can just slightly dust it with powdered sugar sweetener and that’s about it. But you can also choose to add a chocolate or vanilla glaze, our Keto Sprinkles for kids, or just roasted almonds.
Recipe for a moist marble cake, which looks spectacular baked in a bundt pan and topped with a chocolate glaze. Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F ( without fan ). Grease and flour a large bundt pan with approximately 2 litres ( 8 cups) capacity.
Tap the bundt pan gently on the kitchen surface once or twice to make sure that the batter settles into all of the grooves of the bundt pan. This tapping motion also helps to gently mix the batter to form a marbled pattern inside the cake.
Add approximately two tablespoons of the vanilla batter to each cupcake cavity and then 2 teaspoons of the chocolate batter. Using a toothpick swirl the two batters together gently. Bake for 25-30 minutes in a preheated 350-degree oven. To make 48 mini-cupcakes or fairy keto cakes use a non-stick pan or line with mini cupcake liners.
