Brown the beef for about 5 minutes. It doesn’t need to be totally cooked through. If there is excess grease, drain it off. Turn off the saute setting.
2. Add in the water, beef base, onion powder, brown sugar, vinegar, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Stir.
