WebVegetables were in way too long. Potatoes were almost mush. Suggest cooking meat as noted in recipe with the required liquid and onions at high pressure for 35 minutes. Quick release and add carrots and potatoes. Reset at high pressure for 10 to 12 minutes. I would probably brown the meat in a separate sauté pan to save time.
