Set it aside. Peel and mince the garlic. In a large skillet melt the butter over medium-high heat. Once the butter is melted and bubbly add the garlic.
Boil the noodles in a large pot of boiling water until pasta is al dente. Drain but reserve ½ cup of pasta water. Cube the butter. In a large bowl, add the cooked noodles, cubed butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, and reserved pasta water.
Stir in the fresh parsley and thyme, then allow the cooking juices to reduce for one minute if the zucchini noodles render too much water.
