3. Pour the marinade over the meat; cover with a plastic film and refrigerate for at least one hour.
4. Light up your charcoal grill, or preheat your gas grill. (You can also use a cast iron grill pan, the ones you use over the stove top). And brush your grill with a little vegetable oil as this will prevent the meat from sticking.

If the outside of your meat begins to cook too quickly or things start getting too smokey, turn heat down to medium.
4. Heat grill to medium-high heat and cook for 4 to 8 minutes per side, until the internal temperature reaches 135°F for mediu-rare, 145°F for medium.
