1. Wash and steralize the containers.
2. Start by mixing the pectin and sugar in a bowl.
3. Thoroughly wash the strawberries. I like to wash them by soaking them in 4 parts water and 1 part vinegar for a few minutes. Afterward, pat dry.
4. If using a food processor:Slice the tops off of the strawberries and then quarter them. Place the quartered strawberries in your food processor and pulse them a few times. Then take a spatula and push them strawberries down off the slides. Then pulse until desired consistency. I personally like ours to have a little texture.
