Rava Dosa is a delectable authentic South Indian breakfast recipe, which can also be relished as a main course when served with sambhar and chutney. For this dish, you need to mix 1 cup Rava in 1/4 cup buttermilk + 1 cup water and leave it for 15-30 minutes.
2. In a bowl, mix rice flour, maida, black pepper, salt, ginger, chopped curry leaves and Rava batter. Add water and stir continuously so that no lumps are formed. To accentuate the taste you can also add very finely chopped green chillies.
3. Now, heat a non-stick Tawa on medium. Spread the dosa batter with the help of a ladle. Pour 2-3 tsp of oil/ghee on the corners and over the dosa. Turn the dosa once it gets cooked from one side. Once cooked properly, serve it with coconut chutney and sambhar.
