I have so many ideas for low carb cakes... it's gonna be a celebration year! Here are the ingredients! We have all the usual suspects, from blanched almond flour to coconut flour to almond milk, butter, cocoa powder and vanilla extract, baking soda and baking powder to plenty of eggs. (Note - ground almonds / almond meal will work as well).
A win-win either way. The chocolate cake is rich and almost brownie-like and goes so well with the tart raspberry cream cheese frosting. Add raspberries between the layers for extra cuteness!
