3. Break up the berries as you go with a fork. Cook for about 10 - 12 mins for fresh berries and 18 - 20 minutes for frozen.
4. Let cool and serve. Optionally, strain the seeds and pulp out for a silky smooth sauce. Keep the pulp for muffins, jam or stirring through a cheesecake!
