2. Spray a 9 x 5 loaf pan with cooking spray and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 50 to 55 minutes until center tests done. Can add your favorite frosting or a glaze. I usually just sprinkle on some powdered sugar. Keeps well in an airtight container for several day. I don't refrigerate. Can be reheated in oven or microwave. Makes 1 loaf
