Allow to cool.Step2In a medium saucepan, melt the coconut oil, maple syrup and cocoa powder. Add in the almond butter, mixing until smooth.Step3Remove from heat and mix in the cooked quinoa, oats and shredded coconut. Fold in the dried cranberries.Step4Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.Step5Using a cookie scoop, scoop the mixture onto the prepared cookies sheet.
