DirectionsStep1Pre-heat the oven to 160°C. Chop the bacon into thin strips and dice the onion finely.Step2Spray a frying pan with low calorie cooking spray and, on a moderate heat, cook the bacon strips and diced onion until the bacon has coloured and the onion is soft. Set aside to cool slightly.Step3Place the eggs into a large bowl and whisk. Add the quark and continue to whisk until the quark is fully combined - there should be no lumps at all. Season well with salt and pepper.Step4Stir in half of the cheese and the bacon/onion mix. Spray a 24cm flan dish with low calorie cooking spray and pour in the egg mixture. Make sure that there is an even distribution of bacon and onion.Step5Top with the remaining cheese and cook for 20 minutes until golden. If using a dish with a smaller diameter (therefore resulting in a deeper quiche) then it may need an extra 5-6 minutes in the oven.Step6Serve hot or cold with your choice of accompanimentIngredientsIngredients6 Large Eggs4 Bacon Medallions (all visible fat removed)1 Large Onion160 gramsReduced Fat Cheddar (grated)4 tablespoonsPlain Quarkadd Salt And Pepperadd Low Calorie Cooking SprayNutritionalNutritional336 Calories19 gTotal Fat6 gCarbohydrate249 mgSodium34 gProteinFrom pinchofnom.comRecipeDirectionsIngredientsNutritionalExplore furtherUnofficial Slimming World Quiche Lorraine (Crustless)tastefullyvikkie.comThe Very Best Crustless Quiche (Impossible Quiche!)scrummylane.comThe BEST slimming world quiche - SYN FREE and tasty! - …eatsimply.co.ukDelicious Crustless Quiche – Slimming World Recipe - …fatgirlskinny.netSlimming World quiche – Crustless red onion and courgette …slimmingworld.co.ukRecommended to you based on what's popular • Feedback

    1. Preheat the oven to 180°C, fan 160°C, gas mark 4 and heat a baking sheet until hot. Brush one side the wraps with 2 tsp of the oil, then microwave each on high for 10 seconds to soften. Press one of the wraps, oil-side-down, into the base of a 20cm cake tin or pie dish. Halve the two remaining wraps, and press around the sides of the tin, making sure they overlap and leave no gaps.
    2. Heat the remaining oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Cook the onion for 6-8 minutes until softened, then stir in the bacon and cook for 3 minutes until just cooked.
    3. In a bowl, lightly whisk the eggs, then stir in the parsley and stock. Season with freshly ground black pepper.
    4. Scatter two-thirds of the cheese over the base of the wrap-lined tin, then spoon over the onion and bacon mixture. Pour over the egg mixture then top with the remaining cheese. Transfer to the hot baking sheet and bake for 40-45 minutes, until the filling is set (see Cook’s Tip).
