1. If you don't have access to Smithfield, you can marinade the pork yourself. Sprinkle the pork loin with salt and pepper generously. Mix the minced garlic with 3 tbsp oil to form a paste and rub it all over the pork tenderloin. Cover and marinade for at least 1 hour - overnight (in the fridge)
2. Bring a pot of water to a boil (with enough water to completely cover the eggs).
3. Place all the ingredients except for the ramen noodles, mushrooms, Asian greens and chopped spring onions, in a pot.
4. Slice the pork tenderloin into thin slices.
