4. Reduce the sauce to a simmer and add the tamari sauce and the lakanto syrup. Stir well to combine. Slice the bell peppers into thin strips. Add the peppers to the sauce and stir well. Simmer for 10 minutes until the sauce has thickened and reduced, the pork is cooked through, and the vegetables are tender. Serve hot with your preferred Keto sides.
