4. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook each cutlet for 2-3 minutes a side Transfer to a baking rack over a baking sheet in the oven to finish cooking (about 3-5 minutes) Cook the cutlets in batches to make sure they get crispy (add more oil to pan in between if needed)
