DirectionsStep1Preheat oven to 250°C / 480°F (230°C fan) (Note 4.) Place shelf in the top quarter of the oven.Step2Spray pizza pan or baking tray lightly with oil.Step3Prepare pizza sauce and toppings. Keep shredded mozzarella in the fridge (Note 5).Step4Using the standard S blade, add Dry Ingredients and pulse twice. Add water and olive oil. Blitz on low for 40 seconds - it will come together into a shaggy ball (video 33 sec).Step5Sprinkle work surface with half Extra Flour, scrape dough out. Sprinkle with remaining Extra Flour and firmly shape into a ball.Step6Place Dry ingredients in a bowl, mix to combine with a rubber spatula. Add water and olive oil, mix until flour is incorporated as best you can.Step7Sprinkle work surface with half Extra Flour, dip dough out. Sprinkle with remaining Extra Flour then knead for 3 to 4 minutes until it's pretty smooth (video 38 sec), using more flour only if needed.Step8Dough should be soft and elastic, and not stick to your hands. It will not be completely smooth like yeast dough (video 38 sec)(Note 6).Step9Shape dough into a ball. Roll out into a 30cm/12" round.Step10Transfer to pizza pan, preferably with holes (for crispier base), or a baking tray (Note 7 pizza stone). Use your fingers to pull from the centre to fill the pan to the edge - avoid pinching the edges (to ensure puffy crust!).Step11Top with 1/4 cup pizza sauce and toppings of choice.Step12Brush the crust edge (just exposed edge with no toppings on it) with oil.Step13Bake 12 minutes, until the edges are crispy and golden. Cut and serve immediately!IngredientsIngredients1 ⅓ cupsBread Flour (or plain/all purpose flour, Note 2)2 teaspoonsBaking Powder¾ teaspoonSalt¾ teaspoonSugar2 teaspoonsOlive Oil (or any other oil)½ cupWater (cold tap water)1 tablespoonExtra Flour (for dusting)2 teaspoonsVegetable Oil (optional, for brushing crust, or canola or other neutral oil, Note 3)NutritionalNutritional106 Calories2 gTotal Fat20 gCarbohydrate220 mgSodium3 gProteinFrom recipetineats.comRecipeDirectionsIngredientsNutritionalExplore furtherNo-Yeast Pizza Crust - Allrecipesallrecipes.comJamie Oliver's No Yeast Pizza • The View from Great Islandtheviewfromgreatisland.…Instant Pizza Dough - No Rise No Yeast - Inside The Rustic …insidetherustickitchen.com15-Minute Pizza Dough Recipe (No Yeast) Bigger Bolder …biggerbolderbaking.comNo-Yeast Pizza Dough Recipe - Food Network Kitchenfoodnetwork.comRecommended to you based on what's popular • Feedback

    2. Add the yogurt and mix with a fork or spatula until well combined, it will look like small crumbles.
    3. Lightly dust flour on a work surface and remove dough from the bowl, knead the dough a few times until dough is tacky, but not sticky, about 20 turns (it should not leave dough on your hand when you pull away).
    4. Preheat oven to 450F. I like to use a pizza stone, and preheat the stone in the oven as well. If using a round pizza pan or sheet pan, spray with oil.
