Unfortunately, peach cobbler does not last forever. If it is left for too long, it will go bad. There are a few ways to tell if your peach cobbler has gone bad. Mold Present- Obviously, your peach cobbler is no longer safe to eat and should be thrown away if there is visible mold.
We use a quart jar of our home canned peaches, but commercial canned peaches will work, too. If you don't have canned peaches, it fine to substitute fresh peaches or frozen peaches. Bring frozen peaches to room temperature before baking, or your peach cobbler will take much longer to bake.
