1. Preheat an oven to 450 F. Place a 6 quart dutch oven with the lid on in the oven as soon as you turn it on to allow it to come to temperature with the oven. Combine all dry ingredients together in a bowl with a whisk.
2. Whisk together the wet ingredients (except the water) then add them to the dry ingredients. Add in the water ¼ cup at a time. Mixing to incorporate until all the water is combined before adding the next ¼ cup.
3. Shape the loaf into a round ball. Carefully remove the hot dutch oven, remove the lid, and spray the inside with nonstick cooking spray. Place rounded dough into the dutch oven. Cover with the lid and allow it to bake for 15 minutes. Remove the lid and turn the oven down to 300 F and allow to bake for an additional 2 hours until baked through completely. Allow to cool before slicing.

1. Preheat oven to 350 °F. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together cream cheese and ricotta until smooth. Add the eggs and whisk in well.
3. Add all the remaining ingredients and whisk until smooth. The dough will still feel sticky at this point. Let rest for 5 minutes for the moisture to be absorbed.
4. With wet hands shape the dough into roughly a 4"x7" loaf. Place on your prepared baking sheet and with a small knife, cut 3 diagonal lines on the top and pull each line a little bit apart (this will make the bread look artisan!)

1. Combine flour, salt, and yeast in a large mixing bowl and stir to combine.
2. Add water and mix well. The dough will be hard to stir and shaggy, not smooth like traditional bread dough.
3. Cover with a towel and let rise overnight, 8 to 18 hours. The sticky dough will bubble and rise.
4. When you’re ready to make bread, flour your hands and your working surface and turn the dough out. Without kneading the dough, gently form it into a ball. Cover with a towel and allow to rest for one hour.**

WEBApr 4, 2019 · Cover with a smooth cotton towel or large round mixing bowl, and let rise for 30 minutes – 2 hours. Preheat oven: At least 30 minutes …

1. Mix: In a large bowl combine flour, yeast and salt. Add the water, and stir until blended; dough will be shaggy and sticky.
2. 1st Rise: Cover bowl with plastic wrap. Let dough rest at least 12 hours, preferably about 18, at warm room temperature, about 70 degrees.
3. Shape: Dough is ready when its surface is dotted with bubbles. Lightly flour a work surface and place dough on it. The easy way is to tilt the bowl and use a rubber spatula to scrap down the sides, turning the dough out onto the floured surface. Sprinkle the dough with a little more flour and fold it over on itself once or twice. Using just enough flour to keep dough from sticking to work surface or to your fingers, gently and quickly shape dough into a ball.
4. 2nd Rise: Lightly sprinkle your parchment paper with flour, wheat bran or cornmeal, and put dough seam side down, dust lightly. Cover with a smooth cotton towel and let rise for 30 minutes – 2 hours.
