Combine flour, salt, and yeast in a large mixing bowl and stir to combine. Add water and mix well. The dough will be hard to stir and shaggy, not smooth like traditional bread dough. Cover with a towel and let rise overnight, 8 to 18 hours.
No need to hydrate in water. Fast acting yeast that works great in bread machines and conventional recipes. Gluten free. You will also need these ingredients to make your bread. You will also need Vital Wheat Gluten (this is not a gluten free recipe). Lastly, you will need a low carb flour.
Combine inulin and yeast with water; cover with cling film and a silicone mat and leave in a warm place until yeast activates and almost doubles with foam. This can take 20-40 minutes. Add all ingredients to mixer, including activated yeast.
