2. Combine cream cheese and powdered sugar and mix until smooth. Fold in half of the Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust. Drizzle half of the chocolate syrup over the top.
3. Crumble the rest of the Oreos and reserve about 1/2 cup of them to sprinkle on the top, but then use the rest of them to make the next layer.
4. Mix puddings with milk until thick. Layer over the cookie layer. Spread the remaining Cool Whip on top, drizzle the remaining chocolate syrup and sprinkle the reserved Oreo crumbs on top. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
