After some zucchini noodles for dinner, it’s the perfect time of year to make sugar-free low carb blackberry cobbler! (You can also make keto blueberry cobbler instead if you have blueberries on hand.) Berries are my go-to fruit to use in low carb dessert recipes.
The steps to make my berry cobbler recipe are very simple. We microwave the berries to make them nice and tender and juicy. Then we mix together the cobbler batter before adding that to a baking dish, along with the berries and melted butter. The only thing left to do is bake the cobbler.
The crispy crust gives way to a creamy, juicy center, bursting with bright berry flavor. If you are working with super ripe raspberries, feel free to cut back on the added sugar. You can easily substitute other summer berries or peaches into this easy cobbler recipe as well.
There are so many delicious low carb raspberry recipes. It’s tough to decide which one to make when the berries come in. My youngest daughter loves to make avocado smoothies with them. And, she enjoys making them into frozen yogurt pops.
