1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (177 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Arrange the hazelnuts in a single layer on the baking sheet. Roast for 8-10 minutes, until they are browned and fragrant.
3. Place the hazelnuts into a large container or bowl with a lid. Shake vigorously to remove loose skins. Repeat the process as needed, setting aside hazelnuts that already have their skins removed, until most of the skins are off. (Alternatively, rub the hazelnuts inside a folded towel to remove the skins.)
4. Place the skinned hazelnuts into a high-power blender, like the Blendtec 625. Process for 1-3 minutes, scraping the sides as needed, until the nuts begin to release oil and then form a smooth nut butter. (The Blendtec Twister Jar works well for this - just turn the lid counterclockwise as the blender runs.)

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line the bottom and sides of an 8x8 glass pan with parchment paper.
2. Spread out hazelnuts evenly on a cookie sheet. Bake hazelnuts for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
3. While still slightly warm, remove as much of the hazelnut skins as possible. I found that the best method for this is to transfer the hazelnuts to a dish towel and vigiourously rub the sides of the dish towel back and forth until the loose skins from the hazelnuts are removed.
4. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine chocolate, cream, sweetener, VitaFiber Syrup, stirring consistently.

1. Place all the ingredients in your mini food processor that attaches to your stick blender or small blender with sharp blades.
2. Blitz until smooth. This will probably take a minute or two. The coconut oil doesn't even need melting as it softens with the warmth of the blades rotating.
3. Store in the fridge if you would like it to be a firm spread in the summer, or store in an airtight container in the winter.

2 hours ago 1 1/2 cups organic hazelnuts 1/2 cup macadamia nuts 3 tablespoons cocoa powder 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan salt 1/2 cup Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener 2 tablespoons coconut oil …

Calories: 99 per serving
1. You will need to roast the nuts. Place them on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and roast them on 300 degrees for 15 minutes. Your whole house will smell amazing!
2. Allow the nuts to cool down for about 10 to 15 minutes. Then try to rub as much of the skins off of the hazelnuts as you can. Don't worry if you cannot rub all the skins off. Just worry about the peels that can come off. The skins tend to be bitter so I remove as much as possible. The macadamia nuts will go from a light color to a toasted brown color when they are ready (as seen in the photos below).
3. Place all of the nuts in a food processor. You will use the pulse button to process these nuts into a spread. The nuts will start off as chunks, then go to a dusty powder but then eventually turn into a peanut butter type consistency once you process them long enough for the oils to naturally release. Don't be afraid to keep going during the process. The longer you mix them the smoother your spread will be in the end. I've attached photos of each step in this process so you can see exactly what I am talking about.
4. Next, add the remaining ingredients to the food processor: Cocoa powder, salt, sweetener and coconut oil and continue mixing it until the remaining ingredients have fully combined.

1. Preheat ovento 300°F/150°C. Place the hazelnuts in a rimmed baking tray and toast them until lightly golden and fragrant (10-14 minutes). While still warm, wrap them in a kitchen towel and rub vigorously to remove the skins (some bits will remain, worry not!).
2. Transfer hazelnuts to a food processor and process until it begins to form into a paste, add avocado oil and continue until smooth (about 10-14 minutes). How smooth you get the hazelnut butter will depend on how powerful your blender/processor is (and how sharp the blades still are!). Add cocoa, powdered sweetener and salt to taste.
3. Pour homemade nutella onto a mason jar (or airtight container) and refrigerate until set (will keep well for roughly a month!).
