This Nutella recipe can also be made with plant-based keto oils, such as MCT oil, avocado oil, and high-oleic sunflower oil. Cocoa powder — Any product that is made of 100% cacao will do. Double-check the label to make sure it is non-alkalized and unsweetened.
You can get it quite smooth but not exactly "Nutella-smooth". Real Nutella is very smooth because they don't use nearly as many hazelnuts - the first two ingredients are sugar and palm oil. I can only recommend longer blending or perhaps using soaked nuts which will be soft and easier to blend.
