3. Add beaten egg whites, baking soda, apple cider vinegar, and salt to the almond butter mixture. Beat with electric mixer until well combined.
4. Pour the batter into prepared loaf pan and bake in preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
