1. Preheat oven to 350. Line a standard loaf pan with parchment.
2. Combine the cream cheese, butter, and sweetener in the food processor. Pulse until smooth. Add the eggs, cream, flours, baking powder, vanilla, and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon. Pulse until well combined.
3. Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan. The batter will be thick.
4. Stir together the sweetener and cinnamon for the filling. Use a knife to create grooves in the batter and sprinkle the cinnamon sweetener into the grooves. Pat the top of the bread flat with your fingers.

3. In a food processor combine the egg yolks, 1/3 of the beaten egg whites, melted butter, almond flour, baking powder and salt (Adding ~6 drops of liquid stevia to the batter can help reduce the mild egg taste). Mix until combined. This will be a lumpy thick dough until the whites are added.
4. Add the remaining 2/3 of the egg whites and gently process until fully incorporated. Be careful not to overmix as this is what gives the bread it's volume!
