To make low-carb crab cakes, you will use lots of the same ingredients that are in traditional crab cakes. If you have access to it, use fresh crab meat. If not, canned will work just as well. You only need one yolk for this entire recipe.

This obviously includes crab meat, as well as egg yolks, mayo, Old Bay seasoning (a must if you want to make it truly Maryland-style), salt and black pepper, parsley and lime garnish, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce.
The mayonnaise does add calories, but you need it to make the crab stick together in a patty.
