3. Dust 1/8 teaspoon of baking powder on top of the egg whites. Using a hand mixer or a stand mixer, beat the egg whites until they form stiff peaks.
4. Next, the egg yolks and softened cream cheese need to be beaten with the hand mixer until there are no lumps.
