Beat in the chocolate until evenly dispersed.Step5On a lined baking sheet evenly space scoops of dough and give them a gentle press. (Optional) Add a sprinkle of chopped chocolate or more chocolate chips and a bit of flaky sea salt.Step6Bake in a 350-degree oven for 10 minutes, or until just brown on the edges. (For a soft and chewy cookie pull out of the oven before the top begins to brown.)
