    1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray a large sheet pan with coconut oil nonstick spray.
    2. Wash baby potatoes well, cut each potato in half and place in microwave-safe bowl. Microwave the cut potatoes on high for 5 minutes. Once cooked, place cooked potatoes on the sheet pan.
    3. Wash the corn and cut across each ear of corn into 6 pieces, place corn on the sheet pan.
    4. Place the shrimp on the sheet pan, (be sure the shrimp are fully thawed if previously frozen). Slice the spicy andouille sausage into thin slices at a slight angle.

    4. Add in shrimp, and cook until shrimp start to turn pink, about 3 to 5 minutes. My medium peeled, deveined shrimp took about 3 minutes. Shell-on shrimp take about 5 minutes. (Cooking time may vary, based on size of shrimp, so be careful not to overcook.)
