2. Melt chocolate chips using the double broiler over medium heat. You can use the microwave as well but be sure to do it in 15 second increments so you don't burn the chocolate.
3. Once chocolate is melted turn the heat off and stir in the peanut butter. Mix until well combined and creamy.
4. Remove from the heat and stir in your peanuts and chow mein noodles. I like to give the noodles a little "force" to break some of them into smaller pieces.*you can add in any other mix-ins you like but remember to increase chocolate amount to ensure proper coverage*
