Then fold in the marshmallows.Step5Drop the cookie mix by the spoonful onto the reserved parchment paper. Allow the cookies to harden for 30 minutes in the refrigerator or up to 1 hour at room temperature.Step6Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container at room temperature, or in the refrigerator, for up to 7 days.
