Rich chocolate coffee flavor “on the rocks”. 3 Ingredients. 5 Minutes. Gluten-Free. Sugar-Free. Low-Carb and Keto Friendly. This is a super simple, but incredibly addictive iced mocha recipe. Use unsweetened and unflavored almond milk to make the keto white chocolate sauce. This thins down the melted white chocolate chips, making it easier to pour the sauce into your iced mocha. In order to make it a coffee drink, you need some sort of strong coffee. I prefer brewed espresso because it packs a caffeinated punch!
Add the espresso into the glass. Stir it well to combine. The better its mixed, the more chocolatey the mocha! Add your desired amount of ice. Use your ice tongs if you’d like to avoid a big splash. Pour the cold milk over the ice, coffee, and chocolate syrup. If you prefer a stronger-tasting coffee, you can use less milk - try 200ml
