I own the American Harvest Dehydrator and I just love it. I have expanded to the max 12 trays. I usually use 8-10 at a time. I have all the add on items they offer. I have made beef jerky, dehydrated many different vegetables and fruits. I even make chicken jerky as a treat for my dog. You can do so much with it.
